![]() ![]() Sadly, all LTA (lighter than air) operations in Japan were cancelled around 1932, except for the "FuGo" balloon bombs (long range balloon bombs thrown randomly to impact US territory). Well, they had some airships in the post WWI period, and even the Graf Zeppelin made a stop in Japan on his around the world travel in 1929 (using an hangar from the japanese airship fleet). Variety of enemy guns: MG, AA, artillery.Side Missions: base attack, ship hunt, pilot rescue, etc.Weather: wind, clouds, fog, rain, lightning.Real-world maps: Solomon Islands, New Guinea, Philippines, Ryukyu Islands, Sea of Japan. ![]() ![]() Land masses: From small islands to continents.Crew management: Task assignment, Skill growth, Injury/death.But here's just a few of the reasons why Crash Dive 2 ups the ante over its predecessor and is worth your hard-earned dollars/Euros/gold Krugerrand/beads: What's that? You already own Crash Dive and are perfectly happy playing it forever and ever? Well, I can understand that, it's a game that just keeps on giving. Oh, and airplanes! Did I mention the airplanes? It's got airplanes! While you're there, you could even spend a minute to watch the trailer video! It's got boats, and water, and islands, and explosions, and raging sea battles that are guaranteed to get your submarine juices flowing. I suppose the only way to really know for sure would be to head over that aforementioned Store Page and very deliberately Wishlist Crash Dive 2. I mean, there's a Steam Store Page, so that must mean the game is pretty much done, right?!Ī game couldn't have a COMMUNITY HUB if it wasn't inches away from the finish line, could it? That's right, captain, this is happening! The long-awaited (and even longer-developed) sequel to Crash Dive is (nearly) here. ![]()
